Danielle Brinsky, Owner of Alleghany Industrial Insulation Company, Presents During Business Accelerator Program
Danielle Brinsky, owner of Alleghany Industrial Insulation Company, delivered the third clinic session of the Entrepreneur Leadership Mission (ELM) Business Accelerator Program created and hosted by the Bradford Area Alliance. The ELM program helps existing business owners realize increased business success and life balance through collaboration and support. Clinic sessions allow ELM business owner participants to present their ideas for growth to fellow participants, mentors, and reactors.
Alleghany Industrial Insulation Co. serves commercial and industrial clients and has held certification as a Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) entity since 2018. The company provides mechanical and industrial insulation services throughout central and western Pennsylvania, western New York, Ohio, and West Virginia. Alleghany Industrial Insulation Co., located in Lewis Run, has been offering tailored energy conservation solutions for various industries since its inception in 1992.
The ELM program welcomes guest entrepreneurs and subject matter experts, known as reactors, to offer fresh insights on challenges and opportunities discussed in clinic sessions. These reactors provide participants with valuable perspectives to enhance their businesses. Bill Andrews, a partner at Pace Management, and Erin Johnson, Group Vice President and Human Resource Director at MOOG Space and Defense Group, served as reactors for Danielle's presentation, sharing their expertise and insights.
Carolyn Newhouse, Executive Director of the Bradford Area Alliance, remarks, "The ELM program empowers participants to access the collective wisdom and expertise of reactors and mentors. Embracing objective viewpoints enables participants to consider new ideas, welcoming diverse perspectives that enhance their endeavors. Danielle has made significant contributions to the project and stands out as an exemplary business owner and leader. It's thrilling to witness the trajectory she is charting for her company."
Mentors provide guidance and support throughout the program and accompany reactors in providing feedback to participants. Julie Marasco, recently retired as Regional President of the Northwest PA Region for Northwest Bank, serves as Danielle’s mentor.
Danielle Brinsky stated, “Being part of the program has been an invaluable journey, one filled with camaraderie, shared knowledge, and meaningful connections. The genuine support and insightful feedback from fellow entrepreneurs, mentors, and reactors have not only fueled my business growth but also enriched my entrepreneurial spirit.”
The ELM Business Accelerator is funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Business Development Grant (RBDG) program.
